Urgent Response
AOG Support
A grounded aircraft is a schedule problem and a cost problem at the same time. AOG requests move to the front of the queue.
Overview
What changes when an aircraft is AOG
Ordinary turn times stop being relevant. What matters is the shortest credible path back to airworthy — which is sometimes a repair, sometimes an exchange unit, and sometimes a technician on a flight to where the aircraft is sitting.
We would rather tell you in the first hour that an exchange is faster than a repair than discover it on day three. Expect a straight answer about the realistic options and their timelines.

What You Get
How we approach it.
Four things that shape the work, and that you can hold us to on any job.
- 01
Priority handling
AOG work is scheduled ahead of routine intake, not slotted into it.
- 02
Exchange as a real option
Where a serviceable exchange unit gets the aircraft flying sooner, we say so and quote both paths.
- 03
Field assistance
On-aircraft diagnosis and fault isolation where the aircraft is, not only at the bench.
- 04
One point of contact
You are told what is happening and what happens next, without having to chase it.
Components
What this covers,
by component.
Jump straight to the family your unit belongs to — each page lists the equipment and the faults we see most.
Process
How the work runs
Every job follows the same four steps, so you always know which stage yours is at.
- 01
Report the aircraft
Aircraft type, symptom, location and any troubleshooting already done. The more detail, the faster the triage.
- 02
Triage & options
We identify the likely fault and lay out the realistic routes back to service with honest timelines.
- 03
Repair, exchange or dispatch
Bench repair, a serviceable exchange unit, or a technician to the aircraft — whichever is genuinely fastest.
- 04
Return to service
Functional verification, documentation, and confirmation the aircraft is released.
Common Questions
Asked before
most enquiries.
- What should I have ready when I call about a grounded aircraft?
- Aircraft make and model, what was actually observed and under what conditions, where the aircraft is, the part number if a unit has been identified, what troubleshooting has already been done, and your real deadline. The more specific the symptom, the faster the triage.
- Is a repair or an exchange unit faster?
- It depends entirely on the unit and its availability, which is why we quote both where both are viable. If an exchange gets the aircraft flying sooner, we will say so even when the repair would have cost less.
- Can you come to the aircraft?
- Field support is part of what we do. Whether it is the right answer depends on the fault — some are resolved much faster on the aircraft, others need a bench. Triage decides that before anyone travels.
